0.38 Inch Perch Eye Hand Injection Mold
The .38 Inch Perch Eye mold produces baits resembling an eye that has been removed from an actual Perch fish. These mold easily allows you to make baits that have a unique pupil color, iris color and the outside eye/optic nerve color. The eye is .38" in diameter and .24" wide. The eye plus the "optic nerve" measures .8" long.
**This is designed as a stand alone bait**
To use this mold -
- Inject the pupil color into the port that says "-1- pupil"
- Remove the injected pupils attached to the runner from the first step. LEAVE THE PUPILS ATTACHED to the runner, remove the port section and insert this entire piece into the center of the runner labeled "iris". Inject the iris color into the port that says "-2- iris" making sure the plastisol is between 340-350 degrees
- Fahrenheit.
- Remove the pupil/iris combination from the step 2, remove the eye/pupils from the runners (color injected in step 2) and move each cylinder shaped eye to the cavities under the "-3- outside" port. Once fully "seated" into the cavities, inject your desired outside eye color at a temperature of 340-350 degrees Fahrenheit. Once cooled, remove baits from mold and remove the last runner.
