The 7.5 Inch Epic PreyBait, "hand injection" style mold was designed as part of a collaboration with Marling Baits.

The Epic PreyBait is a boot tail swimbait with a rear fin designed to have an intense action with realistic presentation, with a kick and wobble on the fall.

The hook slot is sized to fit a 12/0 Owner Beast Hook, and with hook slots on top and bottom it is easy to rig this bait perfectly every time.

The eye sockets are .4 inch in diameter which allows you to use 10mm (.393"), 3/8" (.375) or 9mm (.354") eyes. The belly hook slot plate locates easily with two tabs on the end, and the back hook slot plate is bolted into the mold to hold it in place. The back hook slot hides the hook point and makes this bait weedless.

For optimal results, this bait will work best with a medium / hard or hard blend of plastisol such as a swimbait or tube / craw blend.

* Due to the size of this swimbait, it is extremely difficult to shoot laminated (two+ colors) baits with this mold. Color swirling and cold cracking may occur when attempting laminates.

Awesome Mold

Awesome Mold! I can see this being a great open pour mold series, with a hook slot and delete hook slot, where we can get really creative. Double layers, tripple layers and even single layers of plastisol...... or even a, jointed open pour swimbait or both series lol. I'm over here just daydreaming lol.... 4", 5", 6" and 7.5"

The Best Big Injection Swimbait Available

As the owner of Columbia River Jigs for the past six years, I decided to try this product and was thoroughly impressed. The bait's impeccable design and lifelike swimming action make it irresistible to fish. Originally intended for testing off the Oregon coast, it surprisingly enticed monster walleye in the Columbia River. Its remarkable realism and performance exceeded my expectations.
